On-campus apartments with classically-inspired, Georgian-style building forms. The project is comprised of 642 beds and 147 fully furnished units on three different sites totaling approximately nine acres and five 3 story residential buildings. The three corridor loaded buildings feature two bedrooms, one bath, and four bedrooms, two bath suites and the two garden apartment buildings feature four bedrooms, two bath units in two different floor plans. The fully furnished units range from 637 square feet to 1,164 square feet. Each building features secured access via a card swipe system and video surveillance.
