The project site lies on the southern edge of a picturesque lake and is connected to the campus by a pedestrian bridge crossing the lake. To maximize views of this lake, the housing is arranged linearly along the lake’s south.
Delta State University Foundation Hall
Delta State University’s Foundation Hall was part of a two-community development and consists of a single three-story building with 184 units and a total of 362 beds.
Fisk University Residence Hall
The new Residence Hall at Fisk University is approximately 74,000 sq.ft., and will provide 54 shared rooms with bathrooms, equaling 216 student beds. In addition, 10 Resident Assistant rooms and one Director’s apartment are planned.
Grambling State University Tiger Village
Teamed with consultant Ron Matthews (Pinnacle Contracting Group, LLC) and AUDG, Niles Bolton Associates provided architectural services for Tiger Village, a seven-building, 436,038 square foot development on the campus of Grambling State University.
McNeese University Burton Hall
On-campus apartments with classically-inspired, Georgian-style building forms. The project is comprised of 642 beds and 147 fully furnished units on three different sites totaling approximately nine acres and five 3 story residential buildings.
University of Georgia East Campus VIllage
This four-building, state-of-the-art residential complex sets a new standard with single to four-bedroom suites. The complex holds computer labs, laundry facilities, a mail center and a technically sophisticated meeting room with a warming kitchen and stone fireplace.
University of Louisiana Lafayette
At the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, Pinnacle Contracting Group conducted an assessment of the schools’ existing housing stock and made recommendations on which housing facilities to renovate or replace.
