Teamed with consultant Ron Matthews (Pinnacle Contracting Group, LLC) and AUDG, Niles Bolton Associates provided architectural services for Tiger Village, a seven-building, 436,038 square foot development on the campus of Grambling State University. The $59.3 million student village consists of 1,204 student beds in apartment-style unit configurations.  The average unit count for each building totals 172. Included in Tiger Village is a 6,000 square foot clubhouse/leasing center, a fitness center, game room, computer lab, multi-purpose room, laundry units, study rooms, community rooms and 865 surface parking spaces. The development opened for students in the fall of 2007.
