Mercer’s Atlanta campus was experiencing rapid growth of their student population and there was a need to replace older student housing facilities. The 86,000 sf Cecil B. Day Campus student housing complex on the Atlanta-campus of Mercer University houses 184 students. Completed in two phases, the three building housing complex contains single, double, and four-bedroom accommodations ranging from 470 to 994 square feet.
